This weekend's SAP maintenance activities are now complete. SAP, ECAT, and all SAPweb activity, including Employee Self Service (ESS), EL, time sheet entry/approval, requisitioning, journal vouchers, and credit card verification are now available for use.
Monday, December 9 2013: SAP Production Planned Weekend Service Outage (12/6-12/9). The SAP production environment was unavailable between 5PM on Friday, December 06 2013, and 6:30PM on Sunday, December 08 2013. During this period, SAP Support and Enhancement Packages were installed, bringing MIT’s SAP implementation up to the current SAP component patch levels required for 2013 AP and HR/Payroll system compliance. SAP, ECAT, and all SAP web related activity accessed through Atlas or SAPweb (including Employee Self Service (ESS), EL, time sheet entry/approval, requisitioning, journal vouchers, and credit card verification) were inaccessible during this maintenance period. The MIT Data Warehouse remained available throughout the weekend with data from SAP as of the end of day, Thursday, December 5th and on Monday, December 9th, the Data Warehouse was updated to also contain the SAP data entered between Friday, December 6th and Sunday, December 8th.
