Wireless Upgrade in Building 46 The wireless upgrade in building 46 is complete. Wired Upgrade in Building 38. Starting Tuesday Nov. 24th 6pm, IS&T will be upgrading the wired network in Building 38. Users may experience brief serivce outages while the new equipment is installed. The outage should only last 30 minutes at the most. |

The problem affecting one of the outgoing mail servers supporting unauthenticated outgoing email has been resolved. IS&T IT staff will *NEVER* send you email requesting your password information. Please ignore any email messages that claim to require you to provide such information.

| The student center (w20) cluster will be closed from 10am on Wednesday, November 25, until 9am Friday, November 27. The student center itself will be closed for most of that time as well. |

Saturday morning Oct. 31. : Full Barton Catalog service was restored around 9:15.. ---- The ILLiad service is back online after scheduled downtime, during which Touchstone was implemented for user authentication. All systems are running in accordance with their normal schedules. November 22, 2009 - Request Tracker Data in the MIT Data Warehouse: The process that sends data from Request Tracker to the MIT Data Warehouse has been fixed. All Request Tracker data from November has been loaded into the Data Warehouse, the data has been validated, and is available for community use.
