On Saturday, December 20, 2014, IS&T will be performing maintenance work within the W92 and W91 Tel/Data rooms from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. Network and phone service will be interrupted while the power is cutover. All interruptions to service should be brief. If you experience an outage lasting longer than 30 minutes please contact the help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-253-4357 to report the network jack or phone number that’s experiencing issues.

Please be aware that on Saturday, 3 January 2015, OCLC has scheduled a technology upgrade to support system performance and reliability.
