Greetings. Today is Tuesday, November 24, 2009. This "3DOWN" Services Status page lists the status of the major services available to the MIT community, including scheduled and unscheduled outages.

General Services

Fri, Nov 6th, 6:30am: As of 1pm, Thu, Nov 5th, network services, MITnet, to ATO were restored. Thu, Nov 5th, 2009, 4:30am: Network services to KS and PBE has been restored. Network service to ATO remains unavailable and IS&T will begin restoration of service efforts thursday morning. As a correction to our previous posting, please note that network service to DKE was unaffected.

Wireless Upgrade in Building E18 and E17. NOTE: this has been rescheduled to Tuesday Nov. 10th, and will include both E18 and E17. Starting Tuesday Nov. 10th, IS&T will be upgrading the wireless network in Building E18 and E17. Users may experience brief serivce outages while the new equipment is installed. Wired network service will not be affected. The work is expected to be complete on Friday. Wireless Upgrade in Building 48. The wireless upgrade in building 48 is complete.
